Saturday 28 Sep 2019 Events

Members,

There will be no ARPC 3 Gun Saturday 28 Sep despite what the schedule says. Every month on the fourth Saturday, ARPC has some sort of multigun event on the action shooting bays. Sep and Oct 2019 have been converted to Rifle/ Pistol practical training events. Tomorrow’s beginner practical Rifle/ Pistol event is still happening. Those registered have been contact. This is not a walk-on event and you must be registered with the ARPC XO via email to attend. I have 6 attendees of a possible 10 registered for the event.

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

ARPC Board email addresses

Members,

For some reason, our website will not allow us to post a full email address in the email content to our members. It always cuts off the domain name. The club website has board member contact links on the main page. They are all gmail domain email addresses. So if you see one that says "arlingtonrpc.executiveofficer" and there is no domain name in the email post, just add the gmail to the end so you can use it in your email. It is something with the wordpress website. Sorry for the inconvenience. Any club member that is website savvy and would like to volunteer to help setup a quality website, please contact one of the board members.

Thanks

Beginner and Advance Rifle and Pistol courses reminder

Members,

Just a reminder that September 28th is our Beginner Practical Rifle and Pistol Course on the shooting bays. I have three of the ten spots filled so far. This course is designed for the new action shooting looking to learn fundamentals leading to safe and effective practical action style shooting of rifle and pistol

October 26th on the shooting bays, we have an Advanced Practical Rifle and Pistol course(formally know as the "Carbine Clinic").There are ten seats available. This course is for the shooter that knows the action basics but would like to be faster, more efficient and exposed to more challenging and dynamic scenarios.

These events are only open to AGC badge holders and you must be registered. No walk-ons. Both events are $100 per shooter per event.

These events may show as a 3gun or multigun on the AGC and ARPC events calendar. Don’t fret. These are reserved dates for ARPC on the shooting bays.

You may register or ask questions by sending an email to "arlingtonrpc.executiveofficer"
