Big week for Arlington Rifle and Pistol Club

To Arlington Rifle and Pistol Club,

We have three club events this week:

Wednesday, March 13 – We have our monthly club meeting from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in Memorial Hall. We will cover current and upcoming events with the club and the range. We will also discuss some of what has been going on at the Maryland Legislature. We will have a show and tell where members share their latest acquisition or item of interest with he club. A swap meet at the back of the room, where members can sell, trade or give away items. We will also have door prizes.

Saturday, March 16 – we have a Steel Plate Rifle Shoot on the Barnes Multi-Purpose Range from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Please nothing larger than .30 caliber. No armor piercing, green or black tips or ammo with a velocity greater than 3,200 feet per second. **Reminder: Eye and Ear Protection is now required on the AGC Ranges.

Sunday, March 17 – We will be having a Juniors Fundraiser Frame Build from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. in the AGC Maintenance Building. It is the tan metal building next to Memorial Hall and the Trap range. No tools or special skills are required. We build frames on an assembly line basis where each person performs one or two simple tasks. It is a lot of fun and everyone leaves with a good feeling, because they helped our Juniors program.

Have a great week!

Thank you,
