There are still a few seats available in the Women on Target pistol clinic on Saturday, 14 October. The coaches meeting on the 7th has been canceled; we will contact those who have signed up to volunteer with further information.

Upcoming Events for October 2017:

Saturday, October 7, Women On Target Coaches meeting is to be held n the Lower Barnes Range House, time to be determined.

Sunday, October 8, Steel Plate Pistol Shoot, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Pistol Range: Caliber restrictions: 9mm – .45 caliber, No magnum rounds, full coverage eye protection is required. The club has eye protection to loan out for those who don’t have it.

Wednesday, October 11th, Club meeting from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in Memorial Hall – Learn about upcoming club events and what is going on at the AGC range. There will be door prizes and a show and tell for those who wish to share an item of interest with the club. As always, there will be a swap meet at the back of the room if you have anything to sell, trade or give away,

Saturday, October 14, 2017, Women On Target Clinic:

NRA Women on Target introductory pistol clinic is Saturday, 14 October 2017. The $50 clinic fee covers all needed supplies plus a light lunch and snacks. For more information or to register, email ArlingtonWOT.

Sunday, October 15th – AGC Range Improvement Day – The AGC will be doing improvements around the range. Arlington has always had a strong showing at these events. Please come out and support this event. More details will be posted.

Saturday, October 21st – 3-Gun Shoot from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on the 200-yard range.

Sunday, October 22nd – Fundraiser Frame build will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. in the AGC maintenance building, which is located at the far end of the trap range. The frame build date is being moved from Saturday, October 14th to Sunday, due to the conflict with the WOT program.

Saturday, October 28th – Carbine Clinic from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on the 200-yard range. You must sign up ahead of time with Paul, our XO if you wish to participate.

Sunday, October 29th – 3-Gun Shoot from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on the 200-yard range.

If anyone wishes to earn range badge credit, you can help with the remodeling of the AGC rental house. Please contact me if you are interested in helping. We have a terrific crew of Arlington club members involved with this project.
